An Invitation

Ten weeks of somatic coaching for five women after endometriosis surgery.

I'm Eulalie, an integral and somatic coach. I work at the intersection of somatic awareness, embodiment and desire. My little sister has endometriosis, and for years I've watched her life shape itself around the condition: what she says yes to, what she stopped expecting, how she reads every signal her body sends for whether it means trouble. I wanted to find out whether my coaching could support women going through what she's been through, because there seems to be a real gap. The surgery answers what it can answer. What you're left with, I imagine, is a set of questions that are much less easy to answer. Can you trust this? What do you want now? Who are you without it?

The work we'd do together is exploring those questions with curiosity, compassion and playfulness. What you'd come away with is a set of tools to help you be in better relationship with uncertainty, to connect more easily with your creativity and playfulness, and to begin to use your body as a compass for moving forward.

I'm looking for five women between one and six months post-op, past the main physical recovery, to work with me one-to-one.

WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES

We'd meet weekly for an hour, ten sessions over ten weeks.

What happens between sessions matters as much as the sessions themselves. Together we'd design practices specifically for you, small, particular things to work with in your own life, alongside journalling. Meeting once a week with nothing in between wouldn't do much. The practices are where the shift actually happens; our sessions are where we make sense of what you found. It's not therapy and it's not medical. You could think of me as a midwife of sorts: someone to hold your hand and shine a light on where you want to go next. We start from where you are and work on discovering what you want your life to look like now.

My approach is somatic, so we'd work with your body as a source of information rather than a problem to be managed.

the exchange

Ten weeks of one-to-one coaching normally costs £2,000. For this pilot it's £500.

What you're getting for that is my full attention, my expertise, and a programme built around you rather than off a shelf.

What I'm asking in return is honesty, and quite a lot of it. Feedback session by session: what helped, what didn't, what I misjudged, what you needed and didn't get. I want to understand what women actually need after this surgery, rather than assume my existing work translates. It might not, in places. What I learn from you will shape how I work with women in your position, and may become something built specifically for it.

You'd be shaping the work, not just receiving it.
